Dr. Lynn Cao
Dr. Lynn Cao is Board Certified in Pediatrics.   Dr. Cao took only three years to complete her undergraduate degree in Biochemistry at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia.   She attended the Medical College of Virginia School of Medicine where she earned her MD degree.   She remained at the Medical College of Virginia for Residency training in Pediatrics.   Dr. Cao has been providing care to pediatric patients in the Fredericksburg area since 2002.   In 2005, Dr. Cao opened Children's Health, PC to further her professional goal of providing prompt and comprehensive care to her patients.   Her interests include caring for patients with asthma, allergies, and ADHD.   Dr. Cao lives in Spotsylvania with her husband and two children.   She is licensed to practice medicine in Virginia, is board certified, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.   She has hospital privilege at Mary Washington Hospital.

Kelly Osborne
Kelly Osborne moved from Bedford County, Virginia to the Fredericksburg area in 1996 after graduating from Mary Washington College with an undergraduate degree in Biology. She began her nursing career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Mary Washington Hospital while going to Nursing School at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, she continued to work as a Registered Nurse at the hospital while completing the Master's degree program in nursing at Virginia Commonwealth University. She became a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2001. Kelly received her credentials as a Certified Asthma Educator in 2006.

Kelly has been working as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for six years and she is looking forward to providing excellent health care for sick and well children. She is an experienced asthma educator and she loves to provide her patients with the knowledge and skills they need to live a full and healthy life with asthma.
